Thanks for writing.We're very sorry, but a while before the earthquake hit, our parts department was dismantled, and is currently in the process of being reconstructed. This has been significantly delayed by the earthquake, and we really can't even hazard a guess as to when our parts department will be running again.
If time is not an issue, you're welcome to place a kit parts order with us, with the understanding that it might be quite a while before we're able to fill it. But if it's something you need urgently, we unfortunately aren't yet in a position to be able to help at this time.
Please note thatwe do not know in advance about the availability of kit parts or their cost. Please see the "Parts and Support" section of our Help Center:
If you'd still like to place a parts order, please send your order as a reply to this e-mail, to acknowledge that you understand the situation.

부품주문한지 일주일만에 온 답장...
지진피해로 4월말까지 도쿄전기에 문제도있어서 홈페이지가 원활하지 못하다는것,
매장의 피해복구로 인원이 투입되어 파트담당부서가 해체된상태..
그래도 파트 담당자의 메일이 제게 보내진것을보니 오래걸려도 받아볼것 같습니다.
